**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage patient scheduling and medical records using Dr. Chrono EMR.
- Handle phone calls, answer questions, and provide patient information in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining patient charts.
- Utilize medical terminology and familiarize oneself with medical office procedures.
- Manage patient flow and coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.

- Perform other administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical records management and scheduling systems such as Dr. Chrono and Epic preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical office procedures.
- Proficiency in phone systems and experience with administrative tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
