Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the acute care unit, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain open communication with patients, families, and team members to support a comfortable and informed care experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the hospital's mission of compassionate, whole-person care.
Must Haves:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, required upon hire.
- 12 months or less of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
Nice to Haves:
- National Certification in the area of specialty upon hire is preferred.

Salary: $71,829 to $143,601

Eligible candidates with hospital acute care experience may receive up to an $18,000 hiring bonus, with up to a $12,000 hiring bonus for those with less than 12 months of acute care experience.
