What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Homecare Coordinator position at MEDI-RENTS & SALES INC?
Responsible for receipt, qualification, and processing of home medical equipment & supply referrals. Ensure all patients qualify for services prior to processing the physician orders. Exceed the expectations for customers and managers. Provide service to internal and external customers ensuring adequate information is received in a complete, courteous, and compliant manner. Assist customers by providing guidance for coverage requirements and ensuring all aspects of care needed have been addressed and offered. Respond to customer inquiries and follow through for completion. Coordinate daily referrals and follow up to ensure service expectations are met. Accurate data entry of orders and set up of customer/patient files within Fastrack. Maintain order tracking log for tracking of orders to ensure all requests have been responded to. Complete documentation within systems for receipt of orders for processing. Maintain current working knowledge of reimbursement and regulatory requirements for acceptance of orders.
