What are the responsibilities and job description for the Urgent Care Front Desk Position Needed – FT & PT position at Medi-Station Urgent Care?
The ideal candidate for the position is an energetic individual with exceptional customer service and patient-care skills. They must be able to multi task, be self-motivated and be detail orientated. We are looking for the right person who is willing to go above and beyond and to expand within our organization. The proper candidate will have / possess the following :
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Experienced with insurance verification - a plus
- Self Motivated. Understands their duties and performs without micromanagement
- Excellent customer service - required
- Excellent communication skills and phone skills
- Punctual and a team player
- Bilingual a PLUS
- Desire to learn basic Medical Assisting a PLUS
- High School Diploma
- Alternating Weekend and Some Evening Hours required
Salary : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience, training required and performance
Office hours : Our schedules are made monthly in advance and will require
11 hour shifts weekdays and 7 hour shifts on weekends Alternating weekends will be required
Salary : $16 - $18
