Key Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical histories.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding weight loss programs, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle changes.
- Help patients set realistic goals and maintain motivation throughout their weight loss journey. - Prepare and administer medications as directed by the healthcare provider, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and necessary diagnostic tests. - Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure the clinic stays organized and clean, preparing examination rooms before and after patient visits.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
