Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Education and Training
- Deliver evidence-based education to clinical staff, ensuring alignment with best practices and system standards.
- Develop and lead webinars, educational content, and training sessions to enhance provider competencies.
Onsite Collaboration and Support
- Provide daily onsite coaching and collaboration at franchise and flagship clinics to improve performance and patient outcomes.
- Assess clinical staff skills, identify gaps, and recommend targeted interventions.
Performance and Change Leadership
- Guide clinical staff in adopting new practices and integrating formulary changes.
- Monitor clinic KPIs, provide actionable recommendations, and track progress toward improvement goals.
Remote Guidance and Resources
- Maintain ongoing support via video, phone, and email to ensure consistent guidance and progress tracking.
- Act as a primary clinical resource for questions regarding policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Team Contribution and Strategic Initiatives
- Support new clinic onboarding by leading System Standards Training.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, HR, and Regional Directors to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Attend regional meetings, contribute to developing clinical protocols, and participate in cross-functional projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Nursing.
- Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license in accordance with state laws.
- Experience: Clinical education and training experience preferred.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% nationally.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to foster collaboration and adaptability among clinical teams.
