As a locally owned franchise expanding to our second location in Algonquin, we're excited to bring on a passionate Office Manager to lead the operational excellence of our new clinic.

Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

  • Lead with Inspiration: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by supervising a dedicated team of administrative and clinical staff.
  • Champion Patient Care: Ensure patients receive outstanding care and service throughout their transformative journey with us.
  • Manage Operations Efficiently: Oversee daily office activities, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and medical record management.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure the clinic adheres to healthcare regulations, upholding all policies and procedures.
  • Oversee Financial Processes: Manage billing, accounts receivable, and other financial aspects of the clinic.
  • Control Inventory: Monitor and manage clinic supplies and equipment efficiently.
  • Ensure Quality: Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
  • Provide Insights: Generate reports and analyze data to track clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Train and Support Staff: Enhance the skills and knowledge of your team through ongoing training and support.
  • Boost Patient Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Convert Leads: Learn and apply sales skills to engage with potential patients, converting leads into appointments, and ensuring a seamless journey from inquiry to consultation.

Requirements
