Reporting into the Executive Producer, the Content Coordinator will play a key in supporting the broadcast production team. This person should have excellent communication skills, great follow through, attention to detail and a strong interest in the advertising production industry.
Responsibilities : Create and maintain broadcast team calendars across multiple projects.Create presentations, documents, and other meeting materials for multiple projects.Assist producers with meeting prep, scheduling, and pre-production materials.Manage schedules and calendars for US Executive Producers.Maintain multiple job numbers and estimates for several ongoing projects simultaneously.Assist with estimates, revisions, POs, and submit incoming invoices for payment.Estimate and coordinate travel for productions and broadcast team.Keep detailed records of all travel expenses and assist with Executive Producer expenses.Prepare reports as desired by finance pertaining to all corporate travel.Keep accurate and thorough job binders and assist producers to wrap up each job in a timely manner.Maintain and update broadcast systems for tracking and storing media.Maintain and organize broadcast work areas.Requirements :
