Programmatic Digital Manager – Media Bridge
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about driving performance across display, video, CTV, and paid social platforms? Do you thrive on turning insights into action and campaigns into measurable success? If so, Media Bridge is looking for you to be our next Programmatic Digital Manager.
You’ll own the execution and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple biddable platforms—working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. From strategy and setup to analysis and reporting, you’ll be the expert behind the numbers and the results.

What You’ll Do
Build & Optimize Campaigns – Lead digital strategy and execution across programmatic, display, CTV, streaming audio, and paid social platforms.
Analyze & Adjust – Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimizations to improve key metrics like ROAS, CPA, reach, and conversion.
Test & Experiment – Drive continuous improvement by testing new tactics, creative, and platforms to maximize performance.
Own the Metrics – Manage budgets and deliver clear, data-driven reporting that informs strategy and elevates results.
Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with internal strategy, analytics, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
Stay Ahead of the Curve – Keep up with evolving ad platforms, regulations, and trends to bring fresh thinking and innovation to every campaign.
What You Bring to the Table
3–5 years of agency-side experience in programmatic advertising
Hands-on experience with platforms like The Trade Desk and PulsePoint
Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube is a plus
Track record of managing budgets and achieving performance goals
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
Experience across multiple channels including CTV, display, and emerging media
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Adaptability, accountability, and a passion for results
