Job Overview: We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving projects from concept to completion. You'll play a key role in ensuring programs run smoothly, deadlines are met, and stakeholders stay aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple media programs and projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and sales, to achieve program goals.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, track milestones, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues, ensuring programs stay on schedule and within budget.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions and action items.
- Support senior management with data analysis, research, and strategic planning for new initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
