Advises OSP Installer I personnel. Provides maintenance, repair, and testing of multiple conductor aerial, underground, direct buried, and buried multi-purpose communications cable, to include coaxial, copper, and fiber optic cable.
Job Requirements
At least three years experience as an OSP Installer I.
Fiber optic personnel will have completed a fiber optic installation and repair techniques course
Personnel will be physically able to perform duties such as heavy lifting, pole climbing, and working in enclosed spaces and in inclement weather.
Technicians will be TIA/EIA and BICSI trained.
