Media Coach Role
With 2-3 years of post-college experience in a journalism, communication or public relations role, our Media Coaches work closely with CEOs, executives and marketing professionals to understand their key messages and unique differentiators and establish them as the expert in their industry.
Possessing a high level of organization along with a process- and deadline-driven mindset, Media Coaches are resilient and adaptable, shifting priorities as necessary as they seek interview opportunities for their clients.
With a natural ability to build trusting relationships, Media Coaches lean into their expertise and executive presence to lead strategy sessions, prepare clients for interviews and provide constructive, relevant feedback post-interview.
Successful Media Coaches rely heavily on their polished communication skills as they prepare creative pitches and talking points and coordinate interview details with contacts in media markets across the country. Media Coaches are also skilled researchers and write original thought leadership articles and blogs to showcase their client’s professional expertise.
PR is fast paced. Our team goes all-in for our clients and is energized by working with and helping each other. Teamwork and collaboration allow our coaches to lean on one another, hold one another accountable and share creative ideas all while providing extra-ordinary, innovative service to our clients.
