Overview
As the Global Senior Vice President of Partnerships at Media.Monks, you will serve as the central orchestrator responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of both immediate and long-range strategic initiatives with our major global partners. You are a recognized expert in the advertising and / or marketing technology sector and its foremost technology offerings. As a senior executive adept at strategic and operational thinking, you will identify and propel synergies between Media.Monks and our partners.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly Develop Expertise and Assume Global Responsibility : Quickly gain extensive knowledge and oversight of Media.Monks key technology partnerships on a global scale. Take ownership of various partnership aspects to drive success and growth.
- Business Planning and Forecasting : Lead the development and implementation of global partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Regularly communicate updates and insights to relevant team members and stakeholders.
- Long-term Strategy Development : Collaborate to create and implement a comprehensive long-term strategy aimed at optimizing outcomes with partners.
- Relationship Management and Oversight : Manage and oversee all aspects of the relationship with each partner, including operational integration, reporting, content strategies, and ongoing performance analysis. Engage in problem-solving and ensure seamless integration across all relevant areas. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to maximize value and mutual benefit.
- Revenue Initiatives and Growth : Spearhead the development of innovative revenue initiatives with partners, working closely with growth and consulting teams to drive incremental revenue and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at partner organizations, as well as internal stakeholders at all levels, including sales, R&D, account management, consulting, and senior management.
- Performance Evaluation and Recommendations : Establish transparency on partner performance metrics and make informed recommendations to address any underperformance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the partnerships team to achieve business objectives.
- Advocacy and Conflict Resolution : Represent Media.Monks interests to external partners and proactively seek to develop mutually beneficial solutions to any perceived problems, fostering a collaborative and positive partnership environment.
