Position Details:
- Type: Full-Time, On-Site Position
- Location: Media, Pennsylvania
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional evening and weekend events
About the Role:
As our Development Officer, you will provide leadership and direct support for all development functions, reporting to the Assistant Head of School for Development. Your primary responsibility will be executing annual fundraising plans, including campaigns, events, donor research and cultivation, alumni engagement, database management, volunteer management, and grant research and writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead our Annual Giving Campaign (MPFS Fund)
- Manage donor cultivation and stewardship initiatives
- Organize and execute our annual auction event
- Write and research grants to expand support
- Oversee alumni relations and volunteer management
- Coordinate parent events and school store operations
What You'll Bring:
- Proven development and fundraising experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and CRM systems (DonorPerfect preferred)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic graphic design and video content creation skills
- Understanding of Quaker philosophy and values.
