Role Overview:
As a Web Developer, you will design, code, and maintain the front-end components of websites, ensuring they meet client specifications and feature user-friendly design and navigation. You will collaborate with our marketing, design, and content teams to integrate web content into comprehensive marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify websites from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with marketing specialists, designers, and content creators to integrate web content.
- Ensure website functionality, perform updates, and maintain systems.
- Implement and maintain quality SEO and UX practices.
- Communicate with clients through email to understand their needs and provide innovative web solutions.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of web development experience.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.
- Experienced in creating custom WordPress themes, blocks, post types, loops, hooks, and functions.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality web solutions.
- Ability to develop websites from Adobe Creative Suite design files.
- Proficient with code versioning tools.
- Familiar with cPanel, Plesk, LAMP stack, AWS, and Google Tools (Analytics, Search Console).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
We also prefer one or more of the following qualifications:
- 3-4 years of full-stack web development experience with both front-end and back-end development. Proficient with back-end technologies such as cPanel, Plesk, and AWS.
- Can present a high-quality design portfolio with custom website designs and layouts.
- Expert in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Search Consol, and setting up custom tracking for Google Ads campaigns.
