Media Real Estate is seeking a full-time Commercial Property Administrator to add to our office team! The ideal candidate will have prior Property Administration experience, the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure.

Duties will include but are not limited to :
Understand and carry out all policies and procedures in dealing with properties, tenants, and the management company.Acts as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and phone inquiries. Manages appointment, meeting, and reservation scheduling. Prepares and disseminates various forms of correspondence, including memos, emails, letters, faxes, and forms.Provide support to on-site personnel in cooperation with the managers.Act as a liaison between tenants and management while resolving all tenant issues in collaboration with current Lease Agreement terms to ensure excellent tenant relations.Prepare, organize, and maintain tenant files, ledgers, and documentation in a neat and organized manner.Process lease renewals, enter received notice of vacate, process security deposit refunds, rent collections, late notices, and eviction proceedings in an accurate and timely manner.Prepare monthly reports in an accurate and timely manner.Prepare and administer agreements, addendums, and related documents, and oversee the signing of necessary documents between management and residents.Update any necessary tenant information into MRI, a property management and real estate software.Understand the importance of confidentiality and properly maintain, organize, and store new tenant files and prospective tenant information.Assist in call box systems, lobby directory system and surveillance systems.Assist in tenant fit-out and move-in process.Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards.Occasionally will be asked to travel to and from various commercial properties in the greater Media area to meet with tenants, change suite signs, perform move-out inspections, etc.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications :
