Job Responsibilities:
- Manage shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing orders
- Order promotional products and coordinate with vendors
- Act as a liaison between the front office and production team for embroidery and screen printing jobs
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks
- Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and customers
Key Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using office software and order management tools (experience with Printavo is a plus)
- Previous experience in a production or promotional products setting is a bonus
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
