About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and sustaining senior-level client relationships in the automotive industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients in the automotive industry
- Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional work that exceeds client expectations
- Manage financial processes, including MSAs, SOWs, budgets, revenue tracking, and internal reporting
About You:
- 7 years of experience in a social media account management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing senior-level client relationships in the automotive industry
- Deep understanding of the automotive market, consumer preferences, and industry trends
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
