You will be a part of a dynamic, creative environment where you will collaborate with talented designers and cross-functional partners in the business.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Design to...Create new and on-brand prints for multiple categories and genders withinthe Retail & Outlet lines,through original work or purchased files, clean and color separate the artwork and create repeatsEnsure consistentalignmentwith design and brand visionCreate CADs of prints for in-house presentationsCreate mill ready art packages for multiple categories and labels within the house (both sampling and production)Work proactively according to development calendar, to stay ahead of timelinesResponsible for CAD work (textile, pattern layouts) from concept to finish, including all edits / changes.Research and Design for Soft Accessories collection, from initial concept to productionManage workload from conception to productionEnsure digital presentation boards are updated with most accurate art and informationPartner with cross-functional departments within design, product development, materials, merchandising, and legal

The accomplished individual will possess...Textile design work experience, in accessories & / or apparel marketEducationinTextile Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferredExcellent hand sketching / painting and CAD skillsHighly-developed taste level and excellent color senseMust be highly proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop user, additional proficiency in Ned Graphics a plusAbility to work independently, as well as collaborate as a team playerAbility to prioritize, multi-task and adapt to changeExtremely organized and detail-oriented - excellent calendar adherence and ownershipExcellent time management skillsUnderstanding and enthusiasm for the brandALL APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH A PORTFOLOIO (AS EITHER A PDF OR WEBSITE)Our Competencies for All EmployeesCourage : Doesn't hold back anything that needs to be said; provides current, direct, complete, and "actionable" positive and corrective feedback to others; lets people know where they stand; faces up to people problems on any person or situation (not including direct reports) quickly and directly; is not afraid to take negative action when necessary.Creativity : Comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas; easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions; tends to be seen as original and value-added in brainstorming settings.Customer Focus :
