Amentum is seeking an Antenna / Radio Frequency Engineer, to join our team at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, NV to support our customer, Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) .
This position is contingent upon award.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Developing and employing antenna system collection plans for JCER evaluations of EMSO events.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with five (5) years of relevant experience.Must have a US Government Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance. Please note, US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance.Experience with design, development, and deployment of signal processing applications such as the X-Midas framework.Specialize in cutting-edge signal processing technologies, system and software design, life-cycle support, signal analysis, communications and software development.Strong academic background in engineering / science with hands-on programming skills, digital signal processing experience.Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining large Digital Signal Processing software systems.Ability to communicate requirements, technical abilities and analytical / measured results across the engineering disciplines and with internal stakeholders.Working knowledge or experience with C / C , scientific programming, Python, MATLAB, shell scripting, Linux, or CUDA / Open CL.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Digital Signal Processing, X-Midas, Linux, Machine Learning (ML) preferred.HIRING SALARY RANGE : $75,000 - $200,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data).
