Apartment Community seeking a highly qualified, experienced and professional Site Manager with the following qualities and abilities :
- Experience managing and leasing apartments.
- Manage time and multiple projects efficiently.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Work well with others and interact positively with residents, employees and vendors.
- Effectively resolve conflict and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Meet deadlines and prioritize assignments.
- Experience with Yardi property management system is preferred, but not required.
- Highly motivated and goal oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Full-time position.
- Pay commensurate with experience.

- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
