You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to create compelling visual content that engages, informs, and resonates with our target audience.
Your work will showcase the experiences of our patients, staff, and facilities, portraying our dedication to quality care and community well-being.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with our brand and messaging.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos that tell impactful stories related to healthcare services, patient experiences, staff dedication, and more.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring its proper functionality and upkeep.
- Conduct on-location and studio shoots as needed, working with subjects to capture genuine and emotive moments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography and videography to continuously enhance the quality of our visual content.
- Assist in planning and coordinating photo and video shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and directing subjects as necessary.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a photographer / videographer, preferably in a healthcare or related setting.
- Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, equipment, and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work, including portrait, event, and documentary-style photography / videography.
- Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and practices is a plus but not a must.
