You will support content development across multiple clients and disease areas You will : Develop scientific educational content including slide decks, messaging documents, and publications (posters, manuscripts).Conduct literature searches and other desktop research to build understanding of new therapeutic areas as neededCollaborate with internal medical team to develop content for medical educational programs in the form of slides, text, and videos / scriptsParticipate in client meeting to review content and collect feedbackEnsure content is scientifically accurate and supported by original referencesDevelop visual representation of complex data to facilitate audience understandingFack-checking and quality control (ensuring content developed by other writers is supported by scientific evidence)Update content based on internal and client team feedbackCollaborate with account and medical counterparts to track project deadlinesDevelop knowledge in multiple disease areasExperience in kidney disease and / or immunology is a plus but not requiredBuild understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and clinical development cycleAbility to prioritize / organize workload and manage multiple workstreamsBuild understanding of client dynamics and expectationsParticipate in client-facing meetingsTravel (e.g. advisory board, conferences) or on-site client visits maybe be required around 10% of time, as neededEssential Requirements : Education : PhD, MD, PharmD0-1 years of pharma or medical communication agency experienceExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various functional team (accounts, editorial, creative)Work as team player in a large teamAnalyze and synthesize complex information from multiple sourcesCommunicate medical / technical information to a wide variety of audiencesWork in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team-oriented environmentEfficiently prioritize multiple tasks and communication effectively with others; can quickly evaluate the resources and potential challenges and communicate with the team in a actionable mannerMicrosoft Office Suite experienceDesired Requirements : EndNote reference management database experiencePrism GraphPadThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
