Responsibilities :
- Create protocols for tracking diagnostic tests and repairs, acquiring necessary technical manuals, and more throughout our dealerships.
- Clearly articulate automotive repair issues and repairs needed to remedy them to both customers and auto mechanics.
- Apply a checklist-based approach to ensure a comprehensive examination of all vehicle systems, including the engine, air conditioning, transmission, and brake systems.
- When needed, conduct routine maintenance such as checking fluids, rotating tires, replacing brake pads, and oil changes.
- Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs.
- Install, wire, and troubleshoot aftermarket car audio systems, amplifiers, speakers, and subwoofers.
- Work with advanced technologies such as integration processors, backup cameras, and vehicle security systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical systems and components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure top-notch service quality.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
