Responsibilities
As the Chief Marketing Officer (located at our admin building in Cuyahoga Heights, OH ), your day is spent developing and guiding our overall marketing strategy. You'll lead a four-member department in creating tactical plans for the direction marketing is moving, as well as manage the budget for various marketing campaigns. As a member of the executive staff, you'll contribute to the overall management of the credit union.
You'll lead the marketing department by :
- Directing all marketing campaigns as part of a cohesive marketing strategy throughout the calendar year
- Hiring, training, and leading a four-person marketing team in all marketing duties
- Developing and implementing strategic plans designed to meet the credit union's short and long-term marketing objectives.
Qualifications for a Chief Marketing Officer
Work Schedule
This position typically works Monday through Friday with weekends off. Each weekday shift is 8 : 15 am to 4 : 30 pm. Other availability may be needed on an infrequent basis for special events.
