Our hospitality client is looking for a
content production manager
to join their team for a 6-month project. The content production manager will help the company execute their shoots and content captures, acting as a liaison and supporting its creative partners and production agencies. You will manage content production from pre-production, production, and post-production to final asset delivery.
This position operates on a hybrid schedule, 2-3 days per week at their McLean, VA headquarters. All McKinley roles offer a competitive benefits package.
ResponsibilitiesAssist the senior production manager on shoots with production companies with the creative and production team and their production agency partnersAct as onsite lead and line produce social-first content captures to ensure creative successMaintain an understanding of project goals, scope, production plan and guidelines as outlined by the project workstream leadersIdentify global properties and manage communications for content capture (this includes significant internal stakeholder management and communication)Apply your production knowledge and expertise to manage their agency and creator partners to ensure all assets captured and delivered are within our brand, production, legal guidelines, and scope of the projectMaintain all necessary documentation, including talent and property releases, expenses, content capture guidelines, and other project requirementsProvide regular production progress reports to stakeholders, program managers and leadershipDocument best practices for content capture and evolve content production and operations guidelines as neededAssist in the delivery and coordination of final files to ensure assets are properly archived and tagged in our digital asset management systems. Responsible for management of final drive delivery and organizationOwn inventory management system for production gear; responsible for management of all shipments pre and post-shoots
Requirements5-7 years of experience in all aspects of video and photo content capture production and post-productionKnowledge of post-production, file delivery, and asset management systemsExcellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple shoots in various stages of production, and experience working well under tight deadlinesA collaborative mindset, comfortable with working with changing needs and specifications, working with diverse creative and production teamsExperience building detailed content production plans, timelines, and budgets
