Contracts Manager, AWS Sales and Marketing Legal Amazon’s Legal Department is looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support Amazon Web Services (AWS), a dynamic and rapidly growing business at the forefront of cloud computing. The role will primarily support the AWS Professional Services business - a team dedicated to helping AWS customers achieve desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud.

The successful candidate has excellent communication skills, and will support drafting and negotiating contracts, help develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and build processes that address risk and allow the ProServe business flexibility and freedom to move quickly. You will also participate in team-wide meetings, departmental goals and collaborative projects, and have access and visibility to business leadership.
This position is available in the following locations : Santa Monica, Seattle, and NYC.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from an accredited college or university
- 5 years of relevant experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience with product counseling and regulatory matters
- Demonstrated ability to make important decisions on emerging issues, often with limited information
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $68,400 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $146,300 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
