Job Description : We are seeking a
Front-End Software Engineer with Full Stack Experience
to join our small but impactful engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining applications that serve multiple departments across the organization. As a key contributor, you’ll have the opportunity to influence design decisions, contribute to full-stack development, and directly impact business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities : Develop user-friendly, responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS for both internal and external customers.Design intuitive front-end solutions to improve workflows for Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.Support and modify C# APIs to support front-end features and enable seamless data exchange across systems.Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.Ensure front-end performance, accessibility, and scalability.Design and manage database schemas and queries for SQL and NoSQL systems to optimize data flow.Deploy and maintain applications using Azure Web Services and other cloud-based tools.Participate in the full software lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and maintenance, with an emphasis on Agile, Scrum and Kanban practices.Contribute to Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations as needed.Support other team members to promote a culture of learning and collaboration.
Required Qualifications :
Experience : 3 years of professional experience in front-end web development with exposure to full-stack engineering.Experience working in small teams, wearing multiple hats, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
Technical Skills : Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.Familiarity with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform application development.Proficiency in C# and API development.Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL database systems.Experience deploying and maintaining software in cloud environments, particularly Azure.Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile development practices.Exposure to Dynamics 365 development and integration (preferred).Strong understanding of software release processes and CI / CD pipelines.
Soft Skills : Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-departmental stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications : Experience with NPM and front-end build tools.Familiarity with API security best practices.Understanding of UI / UX principles and ability to contribute to design discussions.Previous experience developing tools or solutions for Operations, Customer Service, Sales, or Finance teams.
