Founded by Chef David Chang, Momofuku Noodle Bar first opened in New York City’s East Village in 2004. At this second location in The Shops at Columbus Circle, the menu includes ramen, buns, and a roster of dishes that change with the seasons. It also features a full bar.

The Creative Bartender embodies a warm sense of hospitality and our core values to our guests. Bartenders construct and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages while guiding guests through the Momofuku experience. Momofuku bartenders provide service that is knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, and energetic while upholding company standards.

Compensation : $16-$19 per hour, plus applicable tips

Responsibilities

• Maintain cocktail menus that align with Noodle Bar Uptown's overall vision and ethos
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional service and maintain a high standard of professionalism
• Oversee and guide guest’s complete restaurant and bar experience
• Construct and serve all alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for bar guests and table service
• Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, and energetic service at all times
• Maintain full menu knowledge for both food and beverage items, including all allergen information
• Maintain all approved beverage recipes to the provided specifications
• Adhere to all company service standards and protocols
• Utilize the POS system correctly for order entry and payment processing
• Order, Stock and prepare bar related items
• Maintain professional and warm guest communications
• Recognize key people in the industry, VIP guests and contacts related to the company and follow company protocol related to their visit
• Communicate respectfully and clearly with service team and management
• Engage management for any escalated guest situations
• Adhere to Momofuku's Cleaning and sanitation SOPs and ensure DOH procedures are followed
• Additional service and / or operational tasks as determined by manager
• Adhere to grooming and dress code standards
• Assist teammates to anticipate all other FOH needs
