We are seeking a highly organized and strategic
Creative Resource Manager
to support our growing creative and marketing teams. This is a
long-term contract opportunity

CPG brands or agencies supporting CPG clients
is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and optimize resource allocation for creative teams, ensuring the right talent is assigned to the right projects.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and project management teams to assess workload, timelines, and priorities.
- Maintain a detailed resource management system to track availability, capacity, and project assignments.
- Identify and onboard freelancers or contract resources as needed to supplement internal teams.
- Proactively manage bandwidth and workload distribution, troubleshooting conflicts and adjusting assignments accordingly.
- Work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs based on project pipeline and business growth.
- Implement and refine workflows to improve efficiency, tracking utilization and reporting on resource trends.
Qualifications : 3-5 years
of experience in resource management, creative operations, or traffic management within a
company or agency environment.
