Responsibilities :
- For new design projects, you will assist with developing the conceptual design
- For restoration and forensics projects, you will assist with condition assessments, developing repair solutions, and preparing technical reports.
- Develop 3D models in Autodesk Revit
- Prepare project drawings and construction documents in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for both new design and restoration projects
- Coordinate drawings with both internal and external clients
- Monitor and inspect construction work and write field reports
- Assist with construction administration tasks, such as reviewing material submittals, tracking repair quantities, budgets and schedules, etc.
