What You'll Do
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Display confidence and professionalism when interacting with executives and team members. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Facilitate seamless execution of executive meetings by setting up audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth and productive meeting experience Take a proactive stance in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Anticipate needs and provide solutions before issues arise Demonstrate a strong desire and eagerness to learn. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Adapt quickly to new technologies and tools as needed Maintain accurate documentation of test cases and report any defects or issues to the development team promptly Possesses technical acumen to independently navigate and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Collaborate with the IT department when necessary to address more complex technical challenges
What You'll Need
Required : Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical proficiency with a willingness to expand knowledge as needed Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism 3 years of Desktop Support 2 years of Audio Visual experience Candidate must be comfortable and familiar with setup and troubleshooting of corporate conference room AV systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
