Key Responsibilities :
- Skillfully lead customers through the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, launch, and collections.
- Develop sales strategies to analyze competitors and assess business opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate what’s driving success and failure, and make improvements.
- Define sales process including : prospecting, presentations, pricing, negotiations, contracting, booking rules, and forecasting.
- Build sales team culture and collaborate with others to close more business.
- Ensure service is delivered at customers’ expectations and customers renew.
