Reporting to the Global Head of Science and R&D Communications, the Director of R&D and Pipeline Communications is responsible for delivering on the R&D communications plan for Sanofi with a focus on driving excellence in our pipeline internal communications.

Main Responsibilities : Serve as a communications partner to the R&D organizationDevelop and deliver effective thought leadership and scientific storytelling to elevate the reputation of Sanofi in scientific excellence.Lead and execute internal communications strategy for R&D with a focus on transformational excellence. This includes leading on communications for townhalls and other internal events, managing R&D's share of voice on owned internal channels, change communications, and more.About You
Professional experience
A bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or a related scientific field is required8-10 years of corporate communications experience in the healthcare space. Pharmaceutical and / or Biotechnology area experience is required (product, pipeline or R&D communications)Strong expertise and passion for internal communications.Agency experience preferredAbility to travel 20% overallSkills and competencies
