OVERVIEW
This position shall provide administrative support to a team of Developers, Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, and Graphic Artists developing e-Learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products and Adobe. DUTIESPerform quality assurance and quality control reviews of documents and deliverablesRemediate non-Section 508 compliant aspects of documents and deliverablesFormat MS Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets in accordance with specificationsStore and maintain documents on the team's SharePoint siteReview documents and deliverables for spelling, grammar, and consistencyPerform other duties as directedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in related field or 3-5 years equivalent experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in MS Office Suite and SharePointProficient with various webinar platforms (i.e. Web-Ex)Proficient in formatting MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF documents for Section 508 compliance a plusExperience as a document specialist or other related role is preferredFederal contracting experience is preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detailExcellent problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain professional and ethical working relationships
Salary Range : $70,000 - $80,000
