The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.The Marketing Assistant is a full-time position assisting the sales and marketing team with the marketing & business development initiatives by providing support and coordination of marketing activities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Work one on one with our clients leads to cultivate a trusting relationship with the customerCollaborate with other team members to execute marketing programs.Maintain project management system to monitor marketing program requests, promotions and programs; adhere to project timelines.Liaison between our partners, marketing, and sales personnel to ensure a high degree of customer support for all marketing programsMonitor all marketing and promotionalMaintain client account information and updatesConference liaison – coordinates and arranges the registration, marketing materials and provides support, as needed.Minimum Requirements : Excellent communication skillsOrganization skillsCustomer Service experienceExperience in marketing / salesComfortable working face to face with customers and team membersAbility to work with a team and independentlyMust be eligible to work in the U.S.
