Game Designer

Anarust Inc. is seeking a talented and passionate Remote Game Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problemsolver with a strong understanding of game design principles and a proven track record of success in developing engaging and innovative game experiences.Responsibilities : Design and develop game mechanics systems and features.Create and maintain game balance and progression systems.Develop and document game design documents including game concepts design specifications and prototypes.Collaborate with artists programmers and other team members to bring game concepts to life.Conduct playtesting and gather player feedback.Analyze player data and make adjustments to game design based on player behavior.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in game design.Contribute to the overall vision and direction of game projects.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Game Design Computer Science or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of professional game design experience.Strong understanding of game design principles including game mechanics level design narrative design and player experience.Experience with game development tools and software (e.g. Unity Unreal Engine).Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Passion for games and a strong understanding of the gaming industry.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Portfolio of previous game design work required.Bonus Points : Experience with agile development methodologies.Experience with user research and player feedback analysis.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package (may include health insurance dental vision 401(k) paid time off etc.)Flexible work schedule.Opportunity to work from home.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Opportunity to work on innovative and exciting game projects.
