Summary : Are you an experienced
Producer
with a passion for gaming and project management? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams? We’re looking for a
detail-oriented Producer
to help drive live game operations and support development efforts.
As a
Producer , you will work closely with designers, artists, developers, and other producers to ensure smooth execution of game development and live service updates. Your role will involve sprint planning, backlog management, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and drive project success.
Roles and Responsibilities : Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create compelling game experiencesManage daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other sprint ritualsPlan sprints, triage bugs, and oversee backlog managementOrganize and facilitate team meetings, take notes, and track action itemsMaintain internal communication sites and distribute team status updatesCoordinate dependencies across teams and external partnersFacilitate playtests, log issues, and ensure rapid iteration cyclesWork alongside other producers and designers to solve complex challenges
Requirements : 2 years of project management experienceProficiency in Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage meetings & documentationExperience with
SCRUM methodologies
is a plusPrior experience in a
game studio
is highly desirable
Salary Range :
71000 - 81000 Annually
Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
