Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities : Build global image galleries for new product introductions and maintain galleries for each product with regular updates, leveraging cases collected by the regionsBuild and manage a global demo image database for our CT portfolio, consolidating the best cases from different regions, to better promote our CT solutions and support new product introductionsManage database sharing with all regions & train regional demonstratorsSupport customer visits at headquarters by leading all clinical demos and clinical presentations or on ME sites.Through extensive Voice of Customer and collaborating with global product & clinical marketers, build the clinical evidence generation plan & shape the clinical message for CT & Applications NPIsGenerate / select best clinical images for marketing assets and build clinical marketing materialsCollaborate with research team to identify relevant papers for marketing purpose and generate infographicsCollect clinical competitive intelligence to develop competitive arguments for sales teamsSupport application team in the adoption of new products / applicationsProvide clinical marketing support to regions (workshops, customer swings...)Collect Voice of Customers to feed the innovation process and test new ideas.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.Minimum of 8 years of healthcare related commercial (clinical sales or marketing) experience.Clinical or CT Technical knowledge required.Ability to work in a highly matrixed, team oriented environment.Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.Desired Characteristics :
Radiological Technologist or Engineering certification or related field preferred.Expertise in Computed Tomography technology and clinical applications.Superior oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.Demonstrated marketing capabilities.Demonstrated influencing skills.Proven track record of success in Imaging, Radiology or other Healthcare capital equipment.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $117,600.00-$176,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI).
