Duties : Responsible for entering the work copyright information onto the company's database Ensuring all works data is entered correctly Process, standardize and report cue sheets for film and television. Identify and report all issues requiring support to the Management. Other related duties as assigned.
Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred. Strong analytical background. Excellent organizational skills. Detail-oriented. Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task. Ability to learn quickly and work proactively. Works well in a team environment essential. Desirable (but not essential) experience using an AS400 system Prior music publishing company experience in a copyright administration-related role

Schedule Notes : Hybrid : Monday-remote, Tuesday : half day in office / half day remote, Wednesday : full day in office, Thursday : half day in office / half day remote, Friday-remote 8 hour central time zone work day with freedom to start between 730-930am
