Job Title : Line Cook

Hourly Rate : $17.00 - $23.00hr Bonuses

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 3 months of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.* Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions while working efficiently under pressure.* Must have a valid Food Handler Certification.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Meal Preparation : Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to client specifications.* Cleanliness & Organization : Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are served in a timely manner.* Stock Management : Monitor and manage ingredient stocks, communicating shortages to management.
