Job Summary : Supports benefits portfolios by partnering with Third Party Administrator vendor partners to resolve minor escalated issues; identifying and raising potential risks of portfolio; drafting communications; educating employees on benefit offerings; maintaining accurate records in benefits system; supporting open enrollment process; addressing employee requests and concerns in a timely manner; and preparing weekly updates and reports as required. Expertise in any or all the following benefits is strongly preferred : Medical, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance, Pension, 401k / 403b / TSA, Retiree Medical, Leave of Absence (state / federal mandated and / or policy driven), and Time Off programs.
