The Internal Communications Co-op will play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining communication calendars, collaborating on communication strategies, and creating content that effectively conveys key messages to our internal audience.ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the organization and maintenance of the communication calendar for internal messaging.Collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to devise communication strategies and tactics that align with and support organizational objectives.Involvement in the creation, writing, and editing of communication materials (including written content, videos, presentations, etc.) to effectively convey key messages to internal audiences.Contributing to the management and update processes for the intranet and internal news.Playing a key role in organizing and managing communications targeted at a global employee base.Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, imagery, and corporate identity across all internal communication channels.
Qualifications : Basic & Preferred QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills.The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in relationship building and influence.The ability to foster collaboration among internal business teams.
Required QualificationsActively pursuing a bachelors degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field.Highly collaborative with a desire to learn in a professional environment.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
