The Opportunity : The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing internal communications strategies and materials for our Global Associates across IT. In this highly collaborative role, this person must have the ability to plan and develop business communications, internal announcements, meeting presentations, and produce Change Management deliverables to drive business priorities forward. The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for the planning and execution of Associate-facing IT-related communication deliverables in partnership with internal business groups. By using defined processes and partnering with various content owners and teams, this person would plan for, support, and help implement multi-channel internal communications efforts.
What You Will Do : Serve as part of an IT Communications and Business Change Management team, supporting Associate-facing communications initiatives, completing plans following defined processes, including :
Gather content and draft / edit Associate-facing communications such as memos, articles, presentations, and marketing collateralDevelop visuals based on requirements and aligned to brand standardsDraft communications plans for Associate-facing campaignsTrack communications deliverables using centralized toolDevelop and implement small-scale Associate-facing communications campaigns and provide support on large-scale campaignsMaintain intranet sites, including the drafting and posting of content, managing permissions, formatting pages, and keeping up to dateSupport ad hoc project work, as neededWho We Are Looking For :
3-8 years of experience in Communications or Change ManagementMicrosoft Office (required)Strong verbal, written, as well as interpersonal skillsAbility to distill complex technical concepts into digestible and easy to understand communication vehiclesA keen eye for aesthetics and detailsAbility to effectively interact with various levels of the organization to build partnerships and trustStrong organizational and planning skills to complete multi-channel campaigns using various technologiesAttention to detail and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast paced environmentQuick learner, strong work ethic, and comfortable working in a team or independentlyBachelor's degree in Communications, Change Management or equivalent work experienceHM Meeting Notes :
