Role Description & ResponsibilitiesOur Dassault Systemes Enablement team is excited to announce we have a hybrid internship opportunity available in our Waltham, MA office!
We are seeking a creative and motivatedInstructional Design Intern to join our Enablement team and contribute to the development of engaging training content and learning materials. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain hands-on experience in instructional design, multimedia content creation, and digital learning development.
As an intern, you will support the creation of high-quality learning materials that align with sales training initiatives. You will work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop learning solutions, job aids, webinars, and other training resources.
Assist in the development of training materials, including outlining, content gathering, formatting, and quality assurance

Support the creation of microlearning videos, including scripting, video editing, and publishing.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and professional design across all materials.
Engage with business process owners and subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy.
Assist in document management and archiving of learning materials for future use.
Develop and maintain KPI to validate effectiveness of the learning delivery
Qualifications
Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer skills, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Canva) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $20 - $24 per hour.
