We’re seeking talented individuals to help us expand our reach and enhance our client experience. This is a part-time role that could be filled by two specialized individuals (one social media specialist and one video creator) or one multi-talented professional. Compensation : 17 - $23 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
- Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
- Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
- Script, record, and edit high-quality videos of the team, featured properties, and communities.
- Posting videos to various platforms and optimizing them for reach and engagement.
