Summary :
In this role, you will oversee the organization and coordination of virtual and in-person client meetings, managing all aspects of event planning and post-event activities. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating event activities while ensuring productivity expectations, exceptional customer service, and adherence to Vizient's brand and messaging standards.
Responsibilities : Facilitate virtual meetings using the Microsoft Teams platform, managing attendance, presentations, and polling.
Collaborate with Vizient's Events Team to plan, develop, and execute in-person events from inception to completion.
Work closely with council facilitators to create agendas, coordinate communications, and schedule meetings.
Oversee event timelines and priorities to ensure smooth execution.
Manage budgets for each meeting, optimizing value for clients while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications : Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of relevant experience required.
CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification is a plus.
Experience in project and event management is preferred.
Strong organizational and customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range : At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
