Drives Scripps' engagement, nurturing and growth of its social media community as well as executing Scripps' strategic goals in building brand awareness and preference, creating brand loyalty and driving lead generation and conversion. Leads and establishes Scripps social media communications and advertising strategy. Oversees reputation management and community engagement. Manages relationships with vendors. Provides social media best practices, consultation to stakeholders and partners. Creates strategic social media policy and provides consultation and recommendations for complex projects and initiatives. Educates, guides and collaborates with department stakeholders to effectively leverage social media and digital marketing as part of marketing and communication plans. Create customized, CRM-tracked landing pages. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Establishes the process and guidelines for the development, management and monitoring of content across social channels. Serves as expert representative of Scripps with key influencers in the digital space. Identifies and evaluates trends and new digital technologies and uses web analytic tools to measure, track and report on social media initiatives, projects, and programs to better optimize content success. Closely monitor competitors' and market leaders' social and digital presence. Present findings and make strategic recommendations to executive management.
