As the Video Production Manager, you'll spearhead creative projects, inspire your team, and craft engaging videos that connect with our audience, all while pushing the boundaries of video production to keep our brand fresh, innovative, and on-trend.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Overseeing and managing all stages of video production projectsManage the video production team, includingRecruit, hire and train team members and prepare SOPs for each roleProvide mentorship and guidance to team membersManage team performance and address any issues that might arise
Creates strategically engaging video content for campaigns to express the authentic Maverik brand of "Adventure's First Stop"Develop creative concepts, collaborate with other teams to refine their vision and ensure that the final product aligns with the creative briefCreate and monitor a calendar of the workload for every video team member, check in weekly to follow up on tasks and discuss obstacles, managing budgets without sacrificing qualityUnderstand the retail consumer product landscape and trends to create compelling video content, including focus on the customer and how to create engagement, conversions and feedbackProvide regular reports on progress, including video performance metrics and ways to optimize content for different platformsStay up to date on the latest video production technologies, stay up to date on new formats, techniques and channels - including social media video - to keep video content fresh and engagingEnsure that all equipment is properly maintained and accounted forWork in tandem with the Creative Director and Art Director to develop campaigns that are on-brand, aligned with marketing goals and within budgetWork with the Copywriter to develop campaign slogans that are used consistently throughout campaignsWork collaboratively within the greater Marketing organization and across company departments to maximize brand experience and drive engaging content
Qualifications : Education
Bachelor's Degree in Film, television or a related field. preferred
Qualification : Experience
5 years of video production experience1 years of leadership experience leading video teams and projectsProven track record of creating engaging, brand focused contentConfident, collaborative and desire to be in a high functioning team environmentMust have a combination of creative vision, technical expertise and strong leadership skillsExcellent team building, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to plan, direct and shoot video content as well as troubleshoot editsTechnical proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)Technical proficiency with camera equipment, lighting and soundSome experience in motion graphics and animationKnowledge of social media and video distributionMust have an eye for eye catching design and trendsDevelop and execute appropriate metrics to measure progress and drive growth initiativesEntrepreneurial mindset to be on the cutting edge of trends and providing best solutions for Maverik on a variety of platforms

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range : $85k-$92k DOE & Bonus Opportunity!
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik / Kum&Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
