Job Summary : Golden Heights Healthcare in
Daly City, California
is seeking a Marketing / Admissions Director to manage the facilities inquiry and admission process and provides customers with community-related information via facility tours, personal visits / assessments, conversations and follow-up. The Admissions Coordinator also implements effective sales and marketing programs for the community.
Essential Functions : Assist in coordinating the admission of each new resident, ensuring resident’s room is ready before they arrive and communicating with all departments to prepare for the new admission.Market to Hospitals in the area.Conduct facility tours and ensure the interior of the facility is tour-ready and presents well to visitors at all times.Assist in the resident admission orientation program, and provide residents with an admission information packet.Review and explain to each new resident (and / or resident’s family) facility room rates, billing procedures, visitor / guest privileges, restrictions and resident care procedures.Maintain an accurate record of available beds and a resident waiting list.Education, Licensure, & Experience Requirements : High School diploma or equivalentTwo years of experience interacting and working with hospital-based clinicians (physicians, nurses, discharge planners and social workers).Two years’ experience in an outside sales and marketing role, with demonstrated experience in making sales calls to healthcare professionals.Possesses a valid driver’s license and has access to a vehicle.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, problem solving, conflict management and budgeting.Computer proficient.Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills to all customers.Benefit Highlights : Competitive WagesMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffGolden Heights Healthcare35 Escuela Dr, Daly City, CA 94015, USA
